At CrowdX Events, we are committed to providing high-quality events and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund according to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The event was canceled by CrowdX Events.
  • The event was significantly different from what was advertised.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via email at crowdxevents@gmail.com. Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation (e.g. proof of purchase).

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you within 7 business days. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Tickets for events that have already occurred.
  • Custom services or items purchased for a specific event.
  • Partial attendance or no-shows at events.
